Option 1 — Delete from the app
Sign in to SwabiConnect and open Settings.
Scroll to Account deletion and select Request account deletion.
Confirm that you understand what will be removed and enter your password. The request is then reviewed by an administrator.
You can cancel a pending request from Settings before it is processed.
Option 2 — Request deletion from this page
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your SwabiConnect account. We need to verify that the request comes from the account owner.

Include your username and the email address on the account. Do not send your password, one-time codes, or identity documents by email.
What is deleted
- Your account, profile, display name, bio, avatar, and cover image.
- Your posts, comments, replies, likes, follows, bookmarks, and notifications.
- Your uploaded photos and videos, except copies already shared or cached by other people or search engines.
- Your sessions and push tokens, if any.
- Your verification documents, unless retention is required for a pending legal or safety matter.
What may be retained
- Moderation, security, and rate-limit records for a limited period to prevent abuse and resolve disputes.
- Purchase and tax records required by law or by Google Play.
- Records needed to respond to a legal claim, court order, or safety investigation.
- Aggregated or anonymized statistics that no longer identify you.
How long it takes
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify the request, we will contact you. Some records may take longer to remove from backups, but they will not be used for normal operations.
Deleting the app does not delete your account. Uninstalling SwabiConnect removes the app from your device but leaves your account and content on the service. Use one of the options above to delete the account.
